Our task was to support an international company from the consumer services industry (discount codes) in finding appropriate IT specialists in Poland. It is visited by about 10 million people monthly, which proves its great popularity.
The company approached us with a request for help in recruitment, because it had plans to gradually expand the team and release a new product.
One of the processes we were entrusted with was finding a Frontend Developer (at least 5 years of experience, with knowledge of React, Redux and MongoDB). In addition, the candidate had to have at least minimal experience in the Backend area (knowledge of node.js and express.js was required). The presented requirements narrowed down the area of our search. What's more, during the process, candidates with knowledge of React and Node were in high demand on the market and received many offers. Therefore, we had to make every effort to stand out and provide candidates with the best candidate experience and interest in the offer.
at first, the first stage of the recruitment process was to do a task (homework), which took about 3 hours. This resulted in the resignation of a large number of candidates, senior experience and required skills: Backend (knowledge of node.js and express.js)
