About the company

The client, an American telecommunications company (51-200 employees on LinkedIn), was looking for an experienced Senior PHP Fullstack Developer with knowledge of React.

Client challenge

The key task of the new employee was to refresh the company's most important applications. An additional advantage was a previous role as Team Leader or Architect.

Main recruitment challenges

  • Experience at TL/Architect level required, which narrowed the pool of candidates,
