Team Lead:

  • It does not require advanced technical knowledge, although the basics are helpful in supervising operations.
  • Responsible for team management and work coordination, ensuring efficiency, assigning tasks, monitoring progress and communication between the team and management.

Tech Lead:

  • Responsible for code quality, system architecture and the selection of tools and technologies.
