Our Approach
The key was to precisely match the candidate to a mature organization – both technically and culturally.
- Needs analysis: in a discussion with the SAP Team Leader, we identified that the critical skills were in the FI module, with specialization in Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) and Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC).
- Targeted research: we focused on candidates with experience in optimization projects at manufacturing companies. It was not only about SAP knowledge, but also about the ability to genuinely improve processes.
- Soft skills assessment: since the new hire was to join an established team, qualities such as communication, independence, and a proactive attitude were crucial.
