1. Python

Python remains the top language in our ranking once again. Although it was created over 30 years ago, it still plays a key role in building some of the world’s most popular apps – from YouTube and Instagram to Spotify and Pinterest.
Thanks to its simplicity, versatility, and huge ecosystem, Python is one of the most in-demand languages for both companies and IT recruiters. In the June 2025 TIOBE Index, it took first place again, clearly ahead of the competition.

According to data from our latest report, IT specialists working with Python earn in Poland between 6,970 PLN and 32,820 PLN, depending on their experience level.

2. JavaScript
