Preferred currency
Current market conditions have significantly shifted the financial preferences of Polish developers.
- 75% of IT specialists in Poland now prefer to be paid in PLN (a 15 p.p. increase year-over-year).
- Preference for being paid in USD has fallen to 4%.
- 19% of respondents would like to earn in Euros (EUR).
