There are several types of contracts in Poland that you need to know about:

  • Employment Contracts – are regulated by the Legal Code and are regulated based on the duration of the contract (open-ended, fixed-term, trial period, replacement).

IT recruitment process

According to data from the report, IT specialists prefer a recruitment process that consists of a maximum of two stages and ends with the signing of a contract maximum 2 weeks after the employer receives the candidate’s CV. The most frequently preferred methods of verifying candidates’ competences are a technical interview, a business interview and a remote task (so-called homework).

It turns out that in the recruitment process, IT specialists primarily value time and accuracy – it is therefore worth investing in appropriate tools to verify the candidate’s competences in order to verify the actual skills and whether they match the job requirements as best and as quickly as possible.
